This site publishes local information that changes: trading hours, phone numbers, addresses, routes and whether a place is still open. When something here is wrong, we want to fix it rather than leave it.
What we correct
Anything factually wrong or out of date. That includes trading hours, contact numbers, addresses, prices, service details, and a business that has closed, moved or changed hands. It also includes a page that gives the right facts but reads as though it is describing something else.
What to include
- The address of the page, so we change the right one.
- What is wrong on it.
- What it should say instead.
- Where the correct information comes from, if you have it. An official page or the business’s own site is the fastest route.
Corrections from the business itself
If you run a business named on this site and something about it is wrong, tell us. A correction from the business is first-party information and is usually the quickest thing for us to confirm and publish.
What happens next
We check the correction against an official or first-party source before changing anything. If we can confirm it, the page is updated and its checked date moves. If we cannot confirm it either way, we would rather remove the claim than replace one unverified statement with another.
How to check our work
Every fact on this site that can go out of date carries a visible source and the date it was last confirmed. If a page shows a number without a source, that is itself worth reporting.
